Gio,

Wish u would make ur mind up! HowardQ, Goldie, Sherlock, are on the standby list, if he can squeeze more out before the mould degrades...already up to 26 units. Unless u think he can get more out :smt017

Let me know what I can say to him, are u in that line of work?

Warranty yeah rite!

No I'm not unfortunately, but if he's made moulds the old fashioned way then he should get more than 26 out of one. BTW have you forgotten someone else replied very late and I said if they were that desperate they could have the one I asked for. :smt001

I've only made glass moulds and they did about 20 light lenses each. plastic if I remember correctly is a lot cooler. :smt001

Clear/Smoked Rear Lens

#99 Post by GregD-UK » Tue Apr 17, 2007 9:11 am

Hi Gio,

Yes I have transferred the ownership of said bling to the guy, who seems to very very happy now :smt002 They gave me a brief tour of his workshop and they make the moulds out of silicon I think....

The best way we agreed was to do the clear one's first as they required the shiney surfaces more, then do the smoked one's after as the mould might degrade after 25 or so....

will report back when I go and see them this week :smt006
