Gio,
It's easier than it sounds.
Turn ignition on, but don't start bike.
Press the button C on the dash and release.
The rev counter needle will swing up and stop at the revs for where it is set now.
If it's OK you can just leave it.
If you want to change it, press "C" and keep pressed and needle will drop back down.
Then keep pressing briefly and needle will start to move up in stages with each press.
Stop when you get to the setting you want.
If it goes too far, (easy done first time).
Just repeat.
Probably find it's OK with F9's setting, but you will need to know how to change this and other settings, if ever you get a dash reset.
I keep a copy of the Displat Setting Sheet in the little pocket inside the seat hump just in case.

I like the colour. Easy on the revs at first, let it warm up and........Enjoy.
