Think i may have found an oil tank( ebay number : - 320682034811 ) but having trouble with the cooler ( and money ) , i know Aladin wrote he just changed the tank and re-routed the cooler hoses and the same for D-R but i'd just like it confirmed that it's the tank that is the stopper for the exhaust mod fitting ? Thinking for the time being if i just have to get the tank to start things off and could finish it that way then the cooler could come later ...........

yes - it is just the oil tank that stops it working
btw - don't forget to acquire the mille headers for the mid section - the falco ones are different - the rear one you can - just about, get away with, no way for the front though....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Don't suppose anyone of you have any photos of the rsvr oil tank fitted do you , as they're not the same i was wonder how it would sit when on and how the exhaust runs by it ?? Also as i have a belly pan how much needs cutting to get it too fit , again any photos for a rough idea would be appreciated ...
Trying to think ahead as fingers crossed the exhaust could be ready by the time i get off here around the 20th ..

the trick is - the exhaust doesn't run by it...
the falco oil tank goes under the bike and is about 200ml larger capacity wise..... the rsv tank sits to the left hand side - and does not go under the bike.
i am doing a full oil change etc at the end of the week so will try to remember to talk some photos
(Oh - you will also need to invest in one of them flexible funnels for fill the oil up - you can see the oil cap easily enough but....

That would be perfect Aladin if you could , thought it looked smaller so was starting to worry a bit but am assuming ( the mother of all f##k ups ! ) that the fitting points are the same
Also you said you had to do a little work on your belly apn if you could show that as well i'll get you pi##ed in the vrtual bar

Fitting the oil tank is easy - same mounting points but as I said before, if you want to fit within a skidmarx bellypan, you need to remove the anti vibration mounts.
There is a bit of work to do with oil hoses if you are bodging it in with the Falco cooler (for which you will need some extra lengths of oil hose).
Cutting the skidmarx BP back is a little more nerve-racking - not the sort of thing that anyone with a freshly painted bellypan would relish
