Hmmm. Could be a split breather pipe?

The leak comes from one of the breather pipes from the pump base?

thanks Jay, i'll check the internal pipes too, but if you tipped the tank up you could visibly see it run from under the pump :smt009

I'll ask one of our centres for some PTFE, think i can get it unbraided.

You can see one of the two breather outlets will have petrol residue in one of the holes on the pump base?

I think the bore size of the pipe is 10mm on the pipes in the tank.?

Cut one and take it to the suppliers to get a nice tight fit.

This job is not a big task, but to cut the breather pipes I used a junior hacksaw blade wrapped in a cloth to protect my fingers
