If you're thinking of taking the banana theme further, Lorenz had his one completely yellowed up

she still needs a damn good clean as i dont think the last owner bothered much. despite my efforts to spruce her up there is still alot of crud if you look closely. could probably do with a decent steam/pressure wash but im not sure how to tackle it byself, dont want to damage anything.
What you need.... is a Nooj..

And being a good spanner man is ok, BUT someone who knows these bikes is worth it
Go chat with Carl and you will understand!
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Thanks again ror all replies, I have seen the work of nooj in other threads and all looks good, but I think I'm too far away for him. Perhaps I will pay him a visit at a show or something.
I like the banana bike but not quite the look I'm after, think I will keep the skidmarx items black on mine.
Do yellow ducatis get the same hate or it it just an Aprilia thing? ;0)

Go to a day when nooj is travelling or even better when he is ip at Griffs, sheez he doesn't even have to advertise ! Nothing like looking after one of your own lol
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

I tried to buy a yellow kawasaki but they couldn't get one in time and I ended up with a really boring silver one.
Where ever I lay my hat.....

Looks like a nice bike to me Nog.
We all have our favourite colours, (guess mine!).
That's life!
It will take a bit of getting used to after what you have been riding, so take it very carefully at first.
