Facilities are basic but adequate.
Water and electric,shower and toilet,kitchen and a large open area with raised wooden floor that serves as a dorm for those preferring it to a tent. In the past few have bothered to put up their tents and probably havent even bothered to bring em the second time.
There may be some pics on the links I put at the beginning of the thread.
The most important thing is that it is private and we don't have to worry bout a curfew or upsetting the neighbours :smt003
I generally manage some sort of catering, requests and special diets nearer the time.
Similarly any rideout can be suited to rider ability.Never had any complaints and most seem to enjoy the variety of roads around here ... with the possible exception of the cart track to the barn. :smt005
