YES to tinkering with posts as when i clicked on them i went back to my ebay all signed in so thought i'd better change them just incase you lot start buying for me and although that would be fun i'm not too sure i could afford it .....probably a cock up on my part but wasn't taking the chance !!

The other link i've post was one i'd seen after posting this one : -

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 3D1&_rdc=1

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 3D1&_rdc=1

SO it looks like there's two that i can watch now ....

As for the paint job i know what you mean about it looking out of place with the Black and Bronze but i have to say it looks better in the flesh ( i have to say that ) but i thought it would go better with the wheels as well ............will let it grow on me then see where i head next , not sure if i fancy the whole bike in those colours so will have to think about it. One thing for sure you shouldn't be seeing another one like it for a while !!!

The belly pan idea is interesting but does not work with the bronze/black bike IMHO

Sorry!

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Yep, looks promising, ... but crap without doing the rest of the bike. :smt003

OK OK so it maynot be to everyones taste but it's not that bad .......honest !!

I mean if we were all the same we'd all think Kate Middleton sister has got an awesome ASS as seen on TV yesterday....LOL .. :smt005

And just before i try and buy one could the gods just confirm for me that the two exhausts i put on here are fine for the " special treatment " needed to fot the bike ?

Oh i dont think there were any arguments about the ass... :smt005 :smt005

I quite like the bellypan, but it suits a race rep painted bike slightly better..

You mean there was actually something worth watching on telly yesterday ?!

There again I couldn't have sat through all that royal crap even if it had incorporated a parade of 1000 Falcos during the proceedings.

(damn - there goes my knighthood)

Dunno about any pronunciation on this from deities, but I thought we mere mortals had already said those exhausts are OK
:smt017

.... and I like the bellypan and it does go with the wheels and I do like Bronze Falcos ......

.... but it's a bit like Roast Lamb and Custard - I like both but not on the same plate ....

though as you say, beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder ..... and after a few they all look better ....

no - 50 quid for the donor part and he gets it... looking at the prices these are making - no brainer!

(Unless he has changed the prices from the first page....)

Ahem ..... from the post IMMEDIATELY following the one where Mr Mafia first asked the question about this mod ....

No - as I mentioned previously, from Redratbike on ApriliaPerformance forum or Mark Hill at MHP exhausts.

D-R don't panic you're still top dog on knowledge but it's a close call and Aladin took it cause he made it easy for me and anything that makes my life easy is ALWAYS going to be a winner in my eyes ...... :smt003

Have to say i took the bile out the garage and have sat there looking at it pondering the bellypan and have to say the more i kook at it the better it's looking ( in my eyes anyway ) so it's staying for the time being. Off to sea tomorrow so have about two / three weeks to think about it and maybe come up with another idea but the exhaust could be taking top spot at the moment ...........................well until i find out how much it's all going to cost what with that and then getting the oil tank and cooler !!

Exhaust Mod...

#45 Post by GregD-UK » Sat Apr 30, 2011 4:15 pm

Hi all,

OK, am seriously going for this "Mod," but, looking at the cans available, I saw a GPR ThunderSlash or Slash Thunder :smt007 Now that is a beauty of a can. Anyone know who could make one to fit the single unit on this mod?

Like the idea of a stumpy can in-line with the height of the swing-arm :smt002 Now if it was in carbon, then; "tiene grande cojones!"

Any links to suitable exhaust makers

Cheers.
My warranty is the clear/smoked tail lights around the corner!!
