In that case, you'd better make sure you stick the forum weekend in Norfolk on your calendar right away! (sept 24th-26th for that one)

Look out for Shetland Woody with his Falco while you're there.

Not sure how to work this who's comming list.

I'm also not sure on the advisability of publishing my address, phone numbers and post code on the forum.

But here goes...

I think the following have said they are comming;
D-Rider
Aladinsane
Jadaris
DavShil
Willopotomas
furygan man
HisNibbs (Myself)

Maybe....
Rick

Possibly best for me to PM directions etc. to any one who thinks they might make it.

I'll be about from lunch time Saturday. I 'll losely schedule a ride out for 4.30 leave instructions with the missus (Tamy) for any who arrive while I'm out.

I have a double burner camping gass stove and fire pit for outside cooking. I think I'll need to be off on Sunday afternoon sometime to pick up one of my daughters so can sort another ride out in the morning if I'm in a fit state and anyone is interested.

For anyone trying to make up their mind all I can say is its a beautiful spot and you are welcome to join us.

i expect tp leave norfolk at around 11 but will take it slowly - so may be there for ride out - as in wanting to do it, but may not....

will be heading back around lunch time on sunday

and cheers keith - perhaps a pm for address and phone numbers etc?

oh - i think rob - sequential shift on af1 may well be coming.... - will text him tonight

also martdude and pipe??

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

OK, so if there is still room, would like to make a provisional booking for one of the 2-man tent spaces!
Would welcome the chance to sample some 'local roads' and see if I can keep up with the pace.
Don't think the new chip will be here by then, but will have to go with it as is.
Likewise a pm with address etc. for the Saturday arrival would be good.

Would love to come, but I've used up this month's ration of fun & frolics. However, I'm fully expecting to come to the Norfolk meet.

Hope you all have a bloody good thrash.

Within reason the pace can be adjusted to suit but we can discuss how that will work with who ever is riding at the time.

OK so I have negotiated a pass even though it is our 21st wedding aniversary weekend ( don't ask), so what is the format since i have not been to one of these previously.
Do we bring beer/wine/scotch ? have a whip (no not that sort)? BBQ (go on watch it rain like FCUK?)
Sorry to all those that are rolling there eyes, but thats what the hole in the front of my head is for....... asking questions.

Hi Keith - just sent a pm. Have been working away and will be for the next 2-3 weeks so I'll be spending the weekends at home. Sorry to give back word at the last minute. Hope it goes well and the weather holds up for everyone.

Would love to be there, but I've promised Mrs Mango that we're having a weekend in Paris, so it really would be more than my life is worth...

Format is flexible. I'll lay on some food and some drink but maybe not enough of either for every one. So if you have a particular requirement then probably best that you ensure it's met. If you PM me in advance to avoid you packing a case or barrel of X, I can probably sort you out. Once you are here we can do a run to the beer shop with the car if necessary.

I'm planning on making a veggie curry , some baked potatoes and some nan or pitta breads. The fire can convert to barbeque ( let it die down then stir the ashes) which can be used, I'll also have a two burner camping gas stove to hand. I'll also get some bread and eggs in for breakfast (maybe bacon but being a veggie I'd not usually buy that) so to be safe you could pack a couple of rashers in a back pocket.... beats a jell seat you know. (Alad said he's sort something for the carnivores.)

At the end of the day if the weather is tits we may even let you inside.....

I've sorted out an entertaining ride that took me an hour on the BMW. Could extend that a bit for swiftly ridden Falcos and maybe I'll need to do two version's; one for those who respect the laws of the land and one for those of a more flexible nature.

I have to leave to pick one of my daughters up on Sunday around 3.

Apart from that it's whatever you want. If that's dancing girls you'll have to bring them, my wife and daughters have other plans.

Still looking forward to this event ..... and now I've found somewhere we can take in on the Sunday.

I'd not realised before, but it's the

I think it looks good and is not too far away from Keith's - just 36miles according to Google Maps.
