Take a good close look at both bikes. Really try to catch all the details. Then decide based on which one is in better shape. The mileage on both is very low, so that is a wash. The Black one has a few mods... which some people like and some people don't. They do seem fairly tasteful though. So decide on condition (unless the Mille swing arm gives you wood).

and my apologies grey beard - i forgot that you are only a minor deity compared to the major deities that are sam and tim....
oh - model wise, the falco remained pretty much the same through - have a look at https://www.ridersite.com/viewtopic.php?t=4592
known changes to the bike through its model run are few - earlier bikes had different snorkels, and the clutch may have had a change as well - certainly earlier bikes prefer semi synth oil
rumours are that the original blue sucks shock was also updated but....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
