I'm in Sweden all next week so we can't do it then. Depends on MOT status of the cars as to how soon I can do this when I get back - but shouldn't be too long as the cars are very urgent.

Your list of the bits you've got sounds good.
Do you have the seals that go outside the bearings?
Can't remember what they are like without going to have a look (and I'm at work at the moment) - it may be possible to use your old ones if they are in good nick and you haven't got any new ones.

Not sure whether it's worth changing the linkage bearings in your swinger .... it might be worth keeping them back for when we convince you to do the Mille swinger upgrade :smt002

Apart from that, I've certainly got all the tools we need - might be easier for you to come to me.

No problem, I'm at your disposal so whenever you have time will be great. I can come to you also.

I don't have the seals you mention but will see if Speedaway have any in stock on Friday, if not will just have to see what mine are like that are fitted.

As for the swing arm, I am keeping my eye open on ebay, when I see a decent one at the right price I'm in. Really the only other mod I'm considering at the moment are the pipes. But they will have to wait a while.

Thanks again, look forward to hearing from you after your trip.
