Your list of the bits you've got sounds good.
Do you have the seals that go outside the bearings?
Can't remember what they are like without going to have a look (and I'm at work at the moment) - it may be possible to use your old ones if they are in good nick and you haven't got any new ones.
Not sure whether it's worth changing the linkage bearings in your swinger .... it might be worth keeping them back for when we convince you to do the Mille swinger upgrade

Apart from that, I've certainly got all the tools we need - might be easier for you to come to me.
