As far as earplugs go, I always carry them. Anything over a few miles and I use them.

As for my hearing, similar abuse as already mentioned. However, as far as I am aware, my hearing is not too bad.
Better than my 15 year old. But that might be selective on his part :smt003

I'm glad to say no... by that reckoning I'd be getting one of those congratulatory telegrams from HRH about now... :smt104

On the topic of earplugs, today I tried the 'custom' earplugs I had made up at the Bike Show last year, and bugger me they are good. It's like someone switched the world off. There's a definite knack to getting them in (and out), but I reckon they're as good as it gets.
