Fireworks and Chilli - Our place, 1st Nov.

Whenever Falcos meet, the heavens open - it's an invariable law.
There was the Raid on the Borders in Sept 06 .... pissed down - we got soaked.
Then there was the meet up at the barge in Newark in March 07 ..... pissed down - we got soaked
This summer's Club Aprila day was probably the driest of these events - but even that was not rain-free ....
.... and now Nooj & Debz fireworks ...... well I never thought it possible but it pissed down even worse than the previous occasions.
Nevertheless, it was good to meet up with Nooj and Debz again, great to meet Sab before he heads back to Poland and the Fazer crowd are a good bunch too. Shame there weren't more Falcos but, for all I know, others had set off and the coastguard is still out looking for them
Anyway, I'm home now, dried out and thawed out - Nooj & Debs, it was a good do - many thanks

Bit of rain?? No worries me old fruit, t'was a most enjoyable weekend!
Plenty of fireworks left over. I was seriously expecting people to bring something like one small rocket each. Hopefully they'll keep until the summer (if we get one next year) so some kind of Falco BBQ/piss-up/Pyro-fest will be in order. May even get Twinky to the next one
