Wheels wheels wheels.......

I hear all this talk of weighing bare wheels and shaving off microgrammes but never any on the weight of tyres. Anybody looked into this?

I would just love to hear that Metzeler whatevertheyare O/E tyres are lighter than Michelins :smt003

Certainly a fair point Fausto ... and one that I've contemplated.

The new Diablo Rossos are advertised as having a lightweight construction ... and, surprisingly that's what I've just replaced my front with :smt003

Could always try filling them with the left over Helium after the kids party balloons are blown up :smt002
