Woo Hoo - I'm a winner !!

Sounds impressive 'till you know how many entered .... but there again I did defeat the combined intelligence of the British Army .... so I guess that doesn't make it any better either...........

Thanks Gio for putting the quiz together - I expect that more had a go at it than actually entered.

Guess I should have a go at putting one together at some point too.

Winner's Speech
I'd like to thank my co-stars, the script writers, Bobby - my stunt double, all those who have supported me over the years, my loving wife and wonderful children, my parents and the beloved institution of the ARS for the honour and Recognition that comes with the bestowing of the "Gio" award.
I humbly thank you all.

I didn't submit an entry but had some fun looking around - like others I got highly side-tracked! Thanks Gio!

BTW I thought I had the last one but I was wrong on that one as well!
The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

And my thanks too Gio.

I am kicking myself about Q.2. I spent ages looking for blue vintage bikes and all along it was a Celeste Bianchi - same as the bastard racing cycle I have in my shed :smt005

And even with my newfound expertise on Broughs I failed to get No.9 :smt009

That amazes me about Q2 but not Q9. There were 3 Brough Superiors from around that time the one I used was the earliest, the SS100.
