Will be loaded in the van first thing and carted to the dyno for PC3 install and set up.
Well ............. what happened?

Is it all running sweetly with the 54s ?
Errrrmmmmmmm............no

The ones I had been sold were pony(why would someone who owns a bike and must have tried running them sell them on when they know they don't work?), and just like yours the bike wouldn't idle below 2500rpm when set up. They refitted my 51s for me, even collected them from my house, then set the PC3 up.

Anywho, I now have 118bhp at the rear wheel and lovely smooth torquey acceleration with a kick still present about 6000rpm. I shall just start on my next plan hence the reason for keeping the PC3.

Sorry it didn't work out - though I am glad that this confirms my problems weren't just me being crap at set-up.

We await with interest the new plan ...... does it involve 57s?

It may very well involve 57s yes :smt003

Along with big valve heads, or possibly a complete big valve engine as I've seen one cheap :smt001

I might even look at increasing the engine capacity to take full advantage of the bigger valves and throttle bodies.

All this might even be built into a new falco rather than my existing one, which gets daily use(9000 miles since mid May).

Haven't decided yet.........
