Can't get my head round this. In terms of legs to stand on, his case seems to be the Oscar Pistorius of the legal system .... yet he fronts up here in England along with a lawyer and an "Engineer". That alone must have cost a pretty penny.
Where is the logic in it all?

There again where has the logic ever been in this one :smt009

Glad things are going the right way - just a shame that there had to be so much stress and time-wasting along the way.

I forgot to mention one totally ridiculous claim made by the Swedish blagger, he claimed the motor pissed out oil from where the srarter motor had been blanked off when he started it.
The judge asked what the engineer thought of this claim
His response was
Your Honour, that engine is not capable of starting, there is a siezed bearing in the gearbox, the engine can not turn over

:smt005 :smt005 :smt005 :smt005
How he thought he could pull this one off I dont know.
Ebay are summoned to attend the next hearing to explain why thier actions, or lack off
However you look at it its fraud

Thanks Blinkey, must admit the nerve of this bastard really had both me and Ant doubting our own sanity as we knew we built a decent solid motor out of parts, even replacing all casing screws for Allen bolts as some were mis matched
see you all in the bar when this is done and dusted, wont be difficult, wont be long :smt006

My paypal purchases are paid by visa card. This allows another level of safety not afforded by a bank account.
I recently upgraded my maps on a Tom Tom paying by paypal. Tom Tom took the payment out twice and then failed to repond to any emails or phonecalls.
Paypal were worse than useless, again failing to respond to any emails or complaints.
I then contacted visa, told them I'd been scammed and the money was returned to my account the same day - only then did paypal contact me (funny that).

That's what he wanted you to do. I doubt even he thought it would get this far. To him it's now come too far for him to back down as he sounds like a right stubborn wanker. I wouldn't mind seeing him in the bar afterwards. :smt002 :smt002
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
