Yup, I don't declare mine. They told me I was at maximum discount with the Meta alarm and Datatag anyway.

Blinky, have you also considered cable locks and U locks?

Nope i did'nt contemplate this. I will fit two disk locks front and rear i think,
And i have been in touch with the GS rider and he said he has a chain that is adequate for the job.
Though i might still buy a chain

Yup, thought it might be a bit less bulky to carry.
Can't find any sold secure ones rated for motorbikes though so they're probably not up to the job.
