For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Ebay have recieved the letter from my solicitor, they have frozen the paypal account... to be expected as its 'in dispute' again
Even Ebay customer services admitted to my lawyer that the guy had had the motor for a long time to then decide its the wrong one
This is gonna go on for a while but the evidence is stacking up against this stupid scammer ( Ebay hold all communication on this )
Im going to win, painful delays in getting Falco OTR but Im going to win
If this little shit had been honest I would have met up with a lot of you guys by now :smt013

Charge for your time - and sue for that

I did that once - don't forget that each letter or email you sent took half an hour - and your rate is the professional witness rate - in my case that is £90 per hour

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I'm right 98% of the time so why worry about the other 3%?
