I feel your pain. 'My' team, Aberdeen, have been in decline for 20 years now. Somehow they've avoided relegation but no trophy in 17 seasons, 5 consecutive cup semi-final defeats and 3 successive seasons in the bottom 6 of the league mean the standard of the team, and the attendances, continue to fall.

Well only to be expected .... though might have been nice if they'd actually bothered to try today.
Most of the crowd stayed after the game to protest at the owners that have destroyed the club.
The damage is done now - it'll take years to rebuild .... if ever

I know, my lot seem finally to be on the way back again, (hopefully), but it's been a long hard slog, keep your chin up, it might just sort itself quicker than you fear.
It was a bit of a surprise when Mandaric came in and saved us from going bust, and everybody wondered what would happen, but so far it seems to be working. We all got even more worried when he sacked Megson, but we are back in the fight and undefeated since Dave Jones came in, so fingers crossed.
No offence, but hope we don't see you next year!
