First of all welcome to the site.
If you decide to buy a hugger the NWS version works well.
This is one fitted on my bike.

It fits using a cable tie on this side but it is not obvious, as you can see here, (just behind the exaust pipe extension).
It bolts on at the other side using the fixing for the standard chain guard.
