How's people getting along with their MSM supplies?

Workmate of Mrs K has Arthritis quite badly and I mentioned I had seen a discussion on the subject..

Oh and that Site Gio recommended had a buy one get one free offer on at the mo..

Got some a few weeks ago, but decided to wait until now to start taking it - off for 2 weeks, so any adverse effects won't disrupt work. Still slightly concerned about the possible effect of sulphur compounds on the twitchy ring.

I had other problems and had to take serious antibiotics so I've been letting everything settle down.
