Thanks very much to all, it's appreciated
Boo has made progress since she has moved to Leicester and currently sits at 60% oxygen from her and 40 from the machine. a major result considering how dark the week was earlier. She should be being moved to Cambridge again tomorrow as she is out of critical now... just..

I am pleased too read this
I am certain that the medical staff are doing right by you tim - but my offer still stands for when ever you need to yell at some one or what ever :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
Indeed - very happy to hear this.BikerGran wrote:Good news - and thanks for keeping us updated K.
Be prepared for a mix of good days and not-so-good days though - the overall trend is the thing.

Boo is doing well, stable at 40% help from the machine and her drugs are reduced from elephant tranquilisers to something more gentle.
The crap keeps dropping from her lungs so the fluey cold chesty illness side is now the current battle, (the getting her to take oxygen side appears to be stable for now.)
She has got more support that valentino at the moment.. all her mates are looking out for her and there's so much love n karma flying round her she's got no option but to get better.
There was a gent in the Intensive care last night with his wife of many many years. she's not well at all, worse than Boo at the moment.
Can you spare a thought for him and his lady for her speedy recovery. His need is greater than ours at this moment in time as it's just him and his lady versus the world.
I promised i would do what i could, have a word with him upstairs and anything else i could think of.. LOL, this is the anything else i can think of bit..
Im just trying to repay a bit of karma back and see if a bit can be passed to this nice old bloke we met.

Becky (beckyboo from when she was a little kiddie.. which shortens to boo..)
had a stable night. Horses everywhere....
ok that was crap... anyways she had a good night and following on from the previous day which was good, is now breathing for herself and theyre on about removing the tube as it's annoying her, she's also off the sedatives which are slowly working themselves out of her and she is coming round very slowly.
Apparently maureen, the old man's wife, is making good progress too, which is brilliant and thanks anyone who took time to help out with her.
Boo will not be totally out of the crap once she is over this as there are signs of something else to be dealt with, but at the moment thats something to return to once this bit is dealt with.
Alad, if you have a word with Sam, he can let you know what's left to be dealt with and what i need to try and fathom.... i would phone myself but im having serious problems maintaining a sensible/deep/serious conversation without slipping off into thinking about other things, which is prolly a bit rude!!
Anyways, thats where we're at at the moment. Things look positive
