Paddy, just a suggestion - plastic melts! I'll go for aluminium plate.
I'm planning to get rid of all the intake-rubber-boot-ram-air-effect-restrictors

just like Pierre did. I have no front fairing anyway

Well, not stock anyway...
Ram air effect on our Falcos is considered crap talk by majority of wise men. No scoops - more low down powa!

I picked it up from the stafford show last october for £2. I did not have any sizes of the airbox so it was hit and miss as to wether it would be the correct size luckily it was.
Its not gonna be that colour for long though, I am gonna cover it with this

The filter was bought from an autojumble and had gsxr750 wrote on the box. Its just a paper filter till i get something better but for £3 i thought I'd risk it. Booked Croft for the 11th May to test before cadwell so I'm on a time limit
And yea I'm a sparky but do more cctv and alarm work now thanks to part P
Yours looks much more profesional and it definately wont disintigrate like mine probably will , but it gets hidden under the tank so as long as the bikes the right way up noone will know
