I'm hoping to get it down to 185kg ready to race. That's realistic without spending a fortune.
The std falco is about 222kg fuelled so that means a total loss of 37kg including running only 5litres of fuel. We'll see when it goes on the scales...
It most likely won't be pretty, but it should have potential!

So what are the details of the new Falco, Ben?
Colour, existing mods and all the usual stuff .... and of, course, the obligatory pictures.
BTW a little-known publication is about to do a feature on Falcos and is asking for owners' input.
The magazine goes by the name of "RiDE" .... I'm sure they'd be keen to hear from someone with a pair of them:

Well, it's a silver 02 plate that's alledgedly got a knackered engine. I'll reserve judgement on that until I can start it - but I need a few relays before that can happen.
The only mod to it is a single exit exhaust - it's a hybrid system of a falco system with an rsv exit welded to the falco original.
Going to strip all the bodywork, lights and spare metalwork from it.
RiDE? They don't want to know what I think...

Sounds like fun, hope it all goes well, keep in touch and let us know how you go on, may even get together and come and see you if you compete somewhere local to any of us.
So after 10 years or so of Falco ownership, you finally got bored up and .........................................................................................
