How on earth did they manage that? My understanding was that bank/credit card staff don't have access to your PIN - if you can't remember it and request it from them, they generate a request for it to be posted out to your registered address.Falco9 wrote:Couldn't agree more. All the money returned to me very quickly (my bank chased MBNA for their losses and got them) but maybe that is why their interetst rates are so high
