I find it much worse in the colder months, only 100mls to the light coming on.
In summer 130mls before the light and at least 30mls in reserve.

Used to get about 100 miles when commuting into London, but get over 120 to 140 when out on a run got 153 once when on a trip back from Halifax on the back roads having fun (was cacking it a bit before the gas station appeared though)
