Big-ass 27amp wire from Halfrauds, couple of crimps, adheisive lined heatshrink and a 20A fuse.

Equally big-ass brown wire goes from the horn to a threaded hole I found in the engine casing. Skinny two-core wire goes from the relay to the old horn contacts.

The whole thing bolts through a hole I drilled in the Air Kit plate, using an M8 nut as a spacer, but the compressor also sits on some double sided sticky foam that followed me home from work one day.

Good pics nooj :smt003

Showing my ignorance here, where does the big brown wire go to? Just read your post again, the big brown wire must be an earth right! That shows earth or negative, instructions show negative sign, but, also earth sign :smt017 Did you disconnect the old horn? Or leave it in and connect 85 and 86 to the old horn contacts? By the way, I have the same carbon plate for my air filter :smt003 Cheers fella...

Negative is the same as Earth on cars and bikes, it all goes back to the neg terminal on the battery. Big ass brown wire goes from the negative on the new horn to an M6 threaded hole on the left side of the rear cylinder, which takes it back to neg on the battery through the engine casing. If you look between the frame spars you should be able to see the hole.

I took the old horn off altogether, no point it being there with this monster fitted. The skinny black and white two-core wire you can just make out goes from the new relay to the old horn wiring (dark blue wire is negative on Aprilias).
