Would love to go, even got a pass out, but can't really justify it to myself, taking a week out when the missus is just returning to work and won't be able to take time off at the same time. Next time...

... my hols are immoveable (school teacher thing) and the nearest I get to the whole rather interesting proposition (determined not to fall off/break bloody thing :smt016 ) is the last week in May. Anyone considered swooping on somewhere central one spring bank hol?

Oh yes, I know all about school holiday restrictions. The mrs is a teacher so we are always tied to when we can go ... which is always when things are stupidly expensive (so we often don't actually have a holiday).
A long time ago I lectured at Cov Uni ... so we were doubly tied to those immovable weeks.

That said, If I'm off on the bike, the Mrs won't want to come so I'll be joining the June trip (assuming I'm permitted to go).

We'd be open to sharing with say six or seven others to split the cost. Still no idea of dates, or where to stay really.

(edit) Thinking about it, it would be easy for us to change dates as we've not booked any days off at work yet, so I'll say we'll do the last two weeks in June as well, then there's at least four of us that will do something.

Think it's more than that Nooj as I guess the one-weekers will join (or leave) the two-weekers.

I've not added myself yet either - but either one week, 2 weeks or 10 days at the end of June suits me fine .... as long as the mrs doesn't object

20th June to 5th July, be there or be somewhere else. We're booked in and it's all paid for, all we have to do is get there.
