OK, let's see...
- a round front light looks tragic, especially with the plastic plate underneath. Perhaps Brutale style would help there.
- the stock front mudguard looks completely wrong - cries for a Mille one
- engine and surroundings look mega messy (that's a difficult part to sort out on a naked that wasn't supposed to be naked)
- the tank looks huuuuuuge
- the rear-end...
Everything has already been said.
- ha! I found a positive - I like the mirrors.
I like the comment underneath (who was it?):

To be fair it'd be a poor world if all liked the same thing. I reckon it's not a bad attempt and because the french like this sytle of street-fighter / Cafe racer I'm sure it went down better over there rather than here.
The pipes need polishing (would improve the look 100%) and the rear tail unit is all wrong (I always fancied putting the 916 seat unit on the Falco) but apart from that whoever did the bike didn't do much. Headlight looks well as do the bars mirrors clock, but there's not a lot you can do with a "V" twin water cooled engine in terms of appearance is there?
Simple conversion, that could have been made sooooooooo much bettter

For me the proportions are all wrong. It just looks all squashed up and the lines of the body work do not flow into each other.
Each to their own of course, but riding a motorcycle is not just about power and exhilaration it is also about owning a thing of beauty and desire. This just screams fat and dumpy and pig ugly.
The man from Del Monte says "NOOOOOOOOO!"
