I treckon she could have negotiated the puddle without soaking the ped if she'd slowed down. So no potential for her to cause an accident and no problem.

A mate of mine soaked a whole bus stop full once, he claimed by accident, but Iwasn't so sure. So I looked into it a bit and IIRC you can be fined up to a grand for doing it. Can't remember where I read this or if it was Scottish law only.

RE the council's. All they have to do is prove they have a reasonable maintenance regieme and are sticking to it and their liability is covered.

Actually can I just say that as far as I am concerned the more reasons we can find, no matter how insignificant, for failing people their driving test, the better. :smt003

Yup I agree what a terrible driver.

If she's failed it multiple times then she should be banned for life
