I'll think about that - I have an engine to collect from Cambridge so maybe I could kill two birds......

But I HATE going to bike meets in the car - I did it twice when my leg was bad and it's just not the same!

Cheers Gio and thanks for the offer - you're a good bloke, I don't care what anyone says! But TBH I wouldn't risk it - no reflection on your riding but as we all know there's no predicting what the other bloke's going to do!

I know I'm still fairly unprotected on the trike but a bit less likely to slide and bounce if I'm hit - I just want to minimise the risk of any more broken bones, I can't spare another 2 years to heal them!
