So if the legal limits 25mph, why don't they have a bus load of coppers out on the M25 when its gridlocked issuing traffic violations?

Also was this woman obstructing anyone? Seems not as she was on the hard shoulder.

Its time IMO that the police got off their arses and caught some criminals.

erm, not obstructing anyone Gio? Who uses the hard shoulder and why?

She was supposedly half on and half off the hard shoulder which would have left other drivers wondering WTF was going on...... and at this time of year, if she was sober.

Ban her, people like that shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel, it's that simple.

I seem to get caught behind most of them

then when you do overtake you get the flashing headlamp treatment.
