OOUUUCCHHH !!!!
I have no idea of the story behind this one but it looks horrible.
TBH it wouldn't look much better on someone else's face either.
Gio, what have you been up to?

Gio might have disagreed.

If you're talking about the booger then it would be better if he'd blown his nose first

Ahh the one 2.5 years ago, sadly I didn't walk into a tree I ran into it while looking where my brother in laws dog was going something not to be recommended, especially when the weathers cold.
Just for Andy, I lost 5 teeth, broken eye socket and cheekbone and I still don't have any feeling in my left cheek (the nerves really took a pasting)

Now I'm still confused ....
Is the picture (the one looking like an extra from the Hammer House of Horror - sorry, that could be a number of them .... the one in this thread posted by ligloo) of the Incident 2.5 years ago and we are looking at old news ...... OR ..... is the picture of some more recent episode in which you lost half your face?
Did you walk into a tree before and run into one now?
Oh I give up - your other quiz was easier - what happened when?!

Ah no, I think Ligloo is just trying to confuse everyone. The balaclava one is 2 days old and no my face hasn't been rearanged.
The one 2.5 years ago is documented somewhere else, I think it was Ricky Rock, but god knows where he got the picture unless Samray or Ligloo gave it to him. (it might be on TS) and I have far worse ones of my face than the one he put up.

I'd not seen it before Gio. TBH I was shocked though I remember you telling me about the incident.

It's because of the incident with the tree 2.5 years ago that he needs the balaclava now

Now this has got me thinking.
Gio ran into a tree - Gio sustained severe facial injuries.
Gio slipped off his son's bike* - Gio sustained the odd bump and bruise plus injured pride.
Now the latter caused Gio to claim he's given up riding
(although there have been a few "exceptions" that suggest this may not be an "absolute decision")
I don't know about the former but given the relative injuries and the measures taken for the second, I presume the "tree incident" has been enough to ensure that he dare not go outside unaccompanied ever again.
Of course, if you can get over one ........
