well I decided that as the problem only started when I did an oil change, that I would take the filter out, and the in line gauze, and see if all was clean. also rechecked the magnetic plug, all was spotless.
put it all back, started her up to take for a run, and now instead of the light coming on when it warms up and revs drop it, is on all the time!!
blipped throttle still on! hit kill switch.
tried again later and same.
no noises, engine did run on for a couple of secs each time, but hopefully no harm done.
need to source pressure gauge to check, then decide to work on it or for the first time ever bite the bullet and take it to a dealer.
gonna check the wiring 1st and possibly put original pressure switch back to see what this does.
