nope, am saying that while i have it off to repair an earlier botch, I will polish or paint it because i can.....

Well, polishing is guaranteed to be a waste of
time
but coating is only guaranteed to be a waste of
money
.....IMO

true, but with a twenty week old son, and and axe wielding homicidal maniac, sorry wife inside, then hours spent fruitlessly polishing an exhaust part in my shed appears very tempting.....
