I've contacted the seller of mine and he claims not to have heard about any issues with the levers he is selling (which seems to be in contrary to what you are saying...). :smt017 Perhaps it is a different seller and different item? Or he is just lying... BTW I bought mine from steveaelybryn.
Maybe you remember if your's came in white packaging with red lettering at 45 degrees across all the surface?
I really like the looks of them, but don't want to die for it... ;) Cheers.
Yep same seller mate.

Seems a nice enough guy - is prepared to refund when I post the levers back to him. I felt the levers didn't release enough so filed a bit away. But then on fitting thought they were a bit wobbly and jiggly, not solid like. After a couple of wobbles the pivot pin worked itself up and loose, so as I gently, and I do mean gently, tapped it back down, the lever basically cracked and gave way.

So, I complained to him that I wasn't happy with the product, he said fair enough. So I'm sending them back for a refund.

Cheers guys! I'll send them back for a refund... I'm not concerned with filing them to fit or matching them with original triangle base. I'm worried that I may discover that the brake lever gave up just before a red light. And that's where I do my crappy stoppies... I need a solid lever. I've got a family, you know. :smt003
