What can you do eh! and people are prejudiced against bikers 'coz they're scary!

I'd advise the legal route, although I doubt you'll get much satisfaction.
Go the retribution way and you'll always be looking over your shoulder and there's always the chance that you'll go too far.
I just wish I could follow my own advice
