Gio, check Ebay, there seems to be a Falco being broken at the moment. Perhaps they'll have something for you?

Shame Sab :smt010

No Falco nose job there, and I've got 2 now rear units from TreeTops as well as a load of other bits, taking them in tomorrow for paint jobs.

I guess I'll have to buy a new nose for the bike as there's none available online :smt019

I had been waiting for a front fairing for two months to no avail. Then, when I did a fighter conversion, two appeared nearly simultaneously. Followed by other ones every month :smt013
BTW new one is more than 400 quid. Yes, it is painted, but for Christ sake... :smt009

I'm not prepared to house a bike thats not being used over winter, if its there next spring then the chances are it'll be in a bad way.

Do you hold the camera with both hands?? bad technique.........from the pictures those things look like new. Even if they were seriously cracked they were still holding together, which is all you need so they could easily have bee repaired....another bad technique. Lordy, I've repaired stuff that didn't even look like it came off a bike and it ended up looking like new, and I'm no Bodywork Repair Jedi...... :smt003

Well I don't like the idea of selling a bike that if it fell against something the whole of the plastic fell apart, which is what would have happened.

Eh? "If it fell against something"? WTF? Newton's Third Law states "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction" therefore, heavy bike falls over (purchasers problem BTW) = weak plastic panels wrecked - this would happen were they repaired or new....this is the way it is and is hardly a sensible basis for not selling a bike with repaired panels. This oddness notwithstanding, if the panels had been plastic welded they'd be as strong as before, in fact, the welded parts would have technically have been stronger. You need to hold your hands up and say DDDDOOOOHHHHHHH!!!!!! should have repaired them. Anyway, I may pick holes but I hope you get that beaut back on the road sharpish....

I spoke to 2 people who know plastics, I'd not argue with either of them, they both said they weren't repairable, now for me that means just that. I've had a quote for stripping filling and painting the panels that I bought off TreeTops £140 and thats for 2 upper fairing panels 2 rear panels and the bellypan. Sorted IMO and for far less than trying to fix a load of ropey panels that looked like they were made out of crazy paving.

Cheeez, guys... He binned his plastics and that's it! It doesn't matter if they were repairable or not now. And you'll never find out. Are you going to investigate the matter? Or force him to admit that he was wrong in his judgement? On grounds of mobile phone camera pictures? C'mon... They're gone.

Get over it and give the guy a break. He needs another set. Period. :smt014
