I'm another fan of Ali Express. I tend to take a bit of care from what I order from there, understand the risk of import duties and the length of time it can take for things to arrive .... however generally very good.

Based on Graham's post, I searched for LED headlights and found some even brighter ones using Philips LEDs (though still Chinese made units).
Hoping that when they arrive they work well and also dissipate the heat effectively .... they are supposed to.

Are these the ones Andy?

When I last checked, they didn't have the H7 in stock. Apparently now they do. These are the same spec bulbs as I've recentlu fitted to the van, and they are simply amazing.

No ..... these ones ..... they seem to use the same cooling system that Philips use on their own units so thought they might be worth a punt.

I think Will has assumed you've gone the HID route, hence his comments

So back to Will's original comment, I apologise, I did not mean to sound sarcastic or condesending.

I have fitted something called Osram Nightbreakers. They are about £30 for the pair and have all the CE marks and comply with the 89 road vehicle lighting regs.
No harm no foul. To be honest, I thought if anyone would know about traffic law, it'd be you, so it took me by surprise a little. I was indeed reading your post as if you'd fitted an HiD kit. :smt005
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

I read it that way too - just sayin'......
