C'mon Sab, that's got to be an easy one to make up yourself.

Get a S/S part threaded bolt and nut to fit, put the rubber on thread the nut on, screw bolt into the hole (trim off the end if needed) and lock off with the nut.

If it's not aesthetically pleasing having a hex nut poking out the end of the rubber you could round it off.

If its not to long he could use a dome head nut.

That's *roughly* what I've got there now. But it's "not aesthetically pleasing" as Falcopops wrote :smt012 ;) It's just a matter of looks and putting bike (slowly) to the perfect shape.

Get a polished SS one then and also a washer so that when its on it doesn't pinch the rubber, I had one on my BB it looked very nice.
