You might want to think about dumping the rear shock - not the best in the world. There is a relatively easy upgrade which, as a self confessed Learner tinkerer, I've done which is to swap out the swingarm for and RSV with a sachs fully adjustable shock - bot Gen 1 versions. You will need the dogbones and triangles as the geometry is different but it is well worth the the mod. And it looks the DB too :smt004 (just my opinion though).
I have what looks to be an adjustable Sachs (blue) monoshock in the Falco - I am guessing this isn't what you mean? The Mille swingarm does look nice.

I have a Maxton in my Race Bike and is superb, so I have contacted them regarding the Falco - god know what the price will be/if they do anything for Falco...

They do one for the Falco (another forum member has/had one), he rated it but it was very pricey. I've got a Nitron, and I'm very pleased with it - still not cheap, but cheaper than the Maxton!

Welcome by the way, I was the fat (but not bald) one on Saturday!
you were right, £415 + VAT for Maxton...

Hi Matt, welcome to the site.
:smt006
Great choice of bike,and colour.
I've had my black 2001 model for almost 10 years now and still love it to bits, helped my the fact it has been incredibly reliable.
Sort the side stand as soon as you can.
Look at different shock options to suit you needs and budget, the existing "Blue Spring" shock was not the worst in the world but will be very tired now.
Main thing is just take your time and get to know the bike, as it does take a little time after IL4s, maybe it's a bit less different after a triple.
There is plenty of advice on here as and when you need it.
Have fun getting to know it! :smt002

Thanks HowardQ. Glad to here it has been so reliable. So black is the fastest and most reliable??? :smt002 Yep side stand is a definite (just in case). As for the shock, i am unsure what to do.

The triple had loads of torque but this Falco.... Jeeeezzzz!!! Do they ever stop pulling??

Yes - at around about 10,500rpm when they bounce off the red-line :smt003
