Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Yee hah! Or something like that. Back on the bike this morning. Admittedly a short run down to the gym and it did hurt a bit - but its a start isnt it.
