Can't understand the logic of the previous owner though in shelling out for new cans and a tail tidy before sorting out the essentials (sidestand and shock)
Enjoy

Mine still had the original sidestand on it, even though it had a K&N, FUEL cans and a white spring sachs.
Best of all was the uncut ECU wire and restrictor plate still in place
Never mind all sorted now

So I have had my bike for a few weeks now and tbh not much has changed. I have been trying to get a shock and a few other things but with work and some uni work I have not had the time to really try hard. I did however pick up a hugger for a steal and it came this morning so I popped it on to see what it looked like
( On bidding I was thinking of painting it a different colour as I want to re-spray the whole bike in the new year with my own colour scheme ) not too sure that I like the look of it at the min.
On a side note that fecking mud flap that I had to take off is a little bugger to get too having to take out the battery to get at the screws.
What do you guys think? Forgive the mess the bike needs a wash and the garage is filthy lol!!
PS. Where do you guys put your tax disk.......?

That mud flap is a twat, cant get mine off, mashed up fastener under the battery so the mud flap spoils the lines of shiney hugger.
My tax is in the right place, feck you if you cant read it

Hey sooooo I am looking at getting a belly pan and I have come across this video, now if you fast forward to the end 4.02 you will see the belly pan is different to the ones that are in the pics below this post. Now my question is I know Skidmarx do a bellypan and I am guessing that this is the one that everyone gets as per norm but who does or did the guy in the video put some different fairing on his or is there a different maker to his belly pan. (On reading that back I'm not sure it makes sense at all sorry lol)

You could cut the bolt or crack the nut and pop the bolts up?!?! Or cut off the mud flap (if not wanted to be kept) and tear away all the excess plastic then you got more room to get at the bolts?

set of strategically applied mole grips held those in place when mine did not want to move.....
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

So I have begun to get a few things done to my bike over the past few months, I got the Blackbird side stand, a shock that Blinkey sourced for me, a carbon hugger and some other minor things (I am looking for a second-hand Skidmarx Belly pan if anyone has one, I am painting it so doesn't matter on colour)
So I have wanted to get my bike painted for a while now and since the weather is hopefully about to turn a bit better I am getting it done in the next few weeks. Over the past month I have been looking and trying out some different colur schemes and to date the below pic (Granted its not my bike but you get the idea) is what I am aiming towards. I am doing a overhead view of it tomorrow and will post it but for now what do you think of this? The black will be a matt black and I think the red will be a candy red. Rear hugger will stay carbon. The black on the top of the tank will come into a V nearing the top. (Will show in the next pic)
What are your thoughts on this? I am going for different lines that normal.....?
PS. It's late so sorry if the photoshop and my spelling are shite lol
Edit: What colour should I get the wheels done?

OK that bellypan is from a Mille. The video was made by Paddy - he's a forum member.
That mod requires the side panels to be modified .... Falco and mille ones to be merged together.
BTW your hugger looks like an MWS "Silver Ghost". You don't see many of them about. They go well with the silver framed bikes.

This confused me for a min...lol
Yea I know of the belly pan in the video now that paddy made. I am not going to attempt this at all lol. As for the hugger comment, are you commenting on the one in the photoshopped pic or mine own one?
I got my hugger for....if I remember correctly 22.50 and 7.50 postage off flea bay a while back :p
Also D-rider if you have an iPad or the like I can give you my log in to watch BT sports for the moto gp if you get stuck?

Sorry for confusing you - yes, the hugger on your bike is the one that looks like an MWS Silver Ghost. Sounds like you got a bargain there.
I had an MWS carbon fibre one back in the days before I fitted a mille swinging arm.
As for the BT sports login ..... won't you be needing it yourself?
I don't have an I-pad (or any Apple device) but I do have a PC and an Android tablet. I'm pretty sure that the PC at least can stream the feed.
If you don't need to use the login then it would be great to "borrow it" - there would certainly be beers in it for you (and not just the virtual ones in Sam's bar)!
I did catch the ITV4 highlights programme but edited highlights the following day are no substitute for watching live.

I just looked at the hugger and yes it is a MWS hugger. I like the look of it but not sure if it will go with the colour scheme I am thinking of....?
The BT sport app can work on any tablet I think so if I was you I would get a hmdi cable from the tablet to the tv and use my login to play it on the tv....?
I don't really use the app unless I am bored. If I miss anything I just record it so you're welcome to it. I'll sort it out later or tomorrow pm me to remind me tonight. And you're fine with the beers, I'll have some rum tho :p
Edit....that race live will take some beating this year, what with F1 going to shite I'm glad I have BT for the moto GP now.
