Food will be basic fayre but I promise won't be based on British Army Rat Packs..

If anyone has any specific dietary needs then please pipe up and let me know, else it will probably be Bacon, egg, mushroom and bean breakfasts, Maybe even fresh croissants if I can persuade the missus to get up..
Lunch will be either a hot or cold option, ham salad sandwiches, cheese roll and the like.. if it becomes inclement weather we can do hot food.
and then something more substantial for evening meal, Chili Con Carne, Stew.. steaks, BBQ.. or something of that nature. Nobody will starve. The option is there locally for Fish and Chips on the not too far away seafront, etc. Cockles, Mussels alive alive-o
I reckon a tenner a day will cover it per person. any extra will go into the RS coffers.
Site Donations.. as said the barn has been given to us at a non commercial rate of 'a suitable donation for it's upkeep' - I would suggest a fiver a day per person. I know it isnt cheap to rent it and we get it at a hugely reduced rate as my Dad did so much work on it and other properties of theirs.
The owners are very pleased to support the event and I know Robert is very pleased we mark the memory of the old boy's passing in such a way.
There will be an obligatory bottle of Jack Daniels to be shared,. courtesy of Sam's missus, my mother.
