Not got much time now until August but we must get together for a ride.

I'm going to text you. My guess is because the house is quite new - the fibre is already in the street

I would think that is very likely, it works like that in many areas, it obviously helps them sell the houses and it is the best time lay the fibres, rather than come back many times over the next few years and keep digging the road up.
