Thanks to all, done, 40 minutes and no dramas, loosen bolts, raise bike via jack and an old cricket score book, soft faced mallet three rings and bobs your uncle.

Bugger, I was going to do some work on the kwak and I don't think I've got an old cricket score book.

Finally got the bike out on Saturday and the difference seemed huge, the bike did not tuck in when turning into slow bends, the whole bike felt lighter and easier to manage, the three rings showing seems to be the perfect set up.
