For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

D/rider, Im very pleased to say he WILL return to the UK because of the warrant, said warrant stipulated arrest in his home town and return to Blighty to stand trial. The onlly way he can avoid this is by doing a runner in Sweden.
Luckily the judge had certainly had his weetabix, realised the tosser would be unreliable at best so implemented certian measures.........
like awarding all costs against this twat through the criminal whatever it is compensation board, so in case of any default the costs are paid and the defendant persued by an international legal body rather than an individual like me.
I guess that his former employer will also be seeking to recover costs of his flight and accomodation and legal representation.
The court will be looking for costs for two hearings
The engineer will be looking for costs for his examination and report and appearing as an expert witness.
not looking good for the blagger is it !
Cleverly disguised as an adult !

Karma.. I'm not a religious/spiritual/superstitious man by any means, but anything I can see working has my vote. And so many times have I seen Karma take care of things. That's not to say it's all bad.. I've seen it work both ways.

Are you going to now pursue him for costs and stress etc that it's caused you? Don't forget your time.. Charge it by the hour at a rate you deem reasonable and fair. After all, while you're in court or dealing with the idiot, you could've been getting on with something else.. Time that you cannot get back. :smt002
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

I would almost agree to a level of pity just because he seems to not be quite right upstairs...,, but I work with a Swedish guy and some of them including him seem to be just like that so stuff it ill save my pity for someone more deserving .... Like Squid for example ;)

300 nights of passion with the Regimental Hobbit Major??

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

You can have anything left over from my buying even more pointless stuff than you probably would have in the first place
