To Work Out Where and When To Meet !

#1 Post by D-Rider » Wed Apr 11, 2012 8:49 am

It's always difficult to try to work out where to meet up - either for a forum meeting or the start of a rideout or something.

This website might help. If we were to use this tool when planning it may help us to work out the best meeting point or venue.
All the organiser needs to do is to enter the post code of everyone who is coming and the website will suggest where to meet.

Edit:
And to agree when to meet: http://doodle.com/

Then we just need another (better) tool to get everybody to agree the same date!

No that one's simple - the ONLY way is for the organiser to say THIS IS THE DATE - NO ARGUMENTS!

Yep .... maybe initially sound out which dates people expect to be free - then take the decision yourself

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

It appears that a.place.between.us is now defunct. no idea if anyone used it but I found a substitute.
