My avatar is a scaled down picture of my bike parked in a lay by on the road to Kyle of Lochalsh.

It was taken in April 2007 and it was glorious weather.

The perfect road trip (and I got paid for it)

I know what you mean about the GS types - they're everywhere.

My mate rides one and has become Mr BMW. System helmet, Goretex BM jacket, gloves etc, etc.

I wouldn't mind but he's had a load of bother with it - rear bevel box mainly.

How do Neil, who was the third then? I should think we have enough members to form the ''Dumbarton Chapter' now. :smt003

Damn it chaps, they could start breeding....

and yes, a meet in scotland would be a blast.... just need pleanty of notice to try and arrange the work and wife situation.....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Nice to see the Scottish numbers swelling a little more.

Scottish Falco meet? Now there's a good idea.

And we're not all colour blind. Black is fastest.

Nope that's summer. And it's two days.

Spring will be two days before the record snow fall we will have in April.
Probably around the 24th.

You lot are better at blending whiskey than weather, but the single malts are pretty good as well.
I can live with most of the weather up there but can't cope with the wee midgies.
