The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

Glad to hear it Ian. Still living in Mansfield? And do you still have the 'Zorro' Falco?

Yes and yes mate. Just clocked 40000. Although I've just had my first thoughts of a change.

Hi Ian good to see you. I must admit my Falco is becoming a treasured second ride. only doing about 1k miles a year on it. Must take it out more.

I couldn't honestly imagine ever getting rid of the Falco. It just does evrything so well, and I've got it pretty much exactly how I want it. Which isn't to say I don't fancy other bikes (I bought a KTM Duke 690 R a while back) but I don't do high mileages any more, so I'm unlikely to wear it out in a hurry.

You obviously use yours more than I do, but these motors are tough as old boots and yours should still have plenty of miles left in it.

What are you considering replacing it with?

My first thaught's of a change have progressed. I've got my self a Capanord 1200 today. I can't see myself selling the Falco though. I had a test ride on a tiger 1050 and within a 100 yrd's I wanted to get off. Be nice to meet up soon.

Hello - great to hear from you again.

Welcome to the 2-Aprilia collective .... I have a Futura alongside my Falco.
